Christian Maggiotto aka DJ Never, born on November 19th 1973 in Locarno, in the italian speaking part of Switzerland, has always been fascinated by DJ consoles. In 1992, for the first time he stands behind one of those, as resident of the club Alcatraz in Riazzino.
He's been following the Italian and Swiss Techno scene since 1989, he buys his first LPs in the best shops in Rome and Zurich and eventually he gets the party crowd in the Alcatraz club to love his favourite sound: Trance and Hard-Trance.
In 1995 his musical preferences change, his hearts beats no to the rhythm of House music, and in the same year he becomes resident in another club called Prince, in Lugano.
From the following year until 1997 he is DJ responsible in the club Lago in Ascona, 1998-99 he goes back to his „cradle“, the Alcatraz, as organiser and resident. DJ Never is the promoter of the „House Factory“ Parties that always attract more than 500 people.
IN 2002 he changes club again: he becomes co-responsible of the organisation and resident at the new Seven Club in Gordola, a new venue that offers trendy events in Ticino (the swiss italian region).
Dj Never has been turning the tables at most of the main events in his region, the following are only a couple of big names whith whom he had gigs:
